It's like a kill or die game, they kill one another and get the tags in the womb. There were three women who stick together and thought of a plan to remove the tags without getting hurt or getting killed. There were six or eight of them and who ever gets the tag of the other women will get the baby. Unfortunately the winner of the game gets nothing. The winner of the baby gets adopted and the winner will be killed. The winner escaped with the help of "Doug" I think . He is the abnormal or mentally challenged one. The ones who were about to adopt the baby got shot and the winner escaped the shackles and was finding her baby. When she found her baby, the mastermind or the owner of the illegal orphanage told her the truth about her real mother. Her mother was also part of the game when she was still a baby.
