Hi Stringer,

Im in great need of help. I really need to get some more janitorial contracts for my business. So far, I have one commercial account and I target property managers. How exactly do I get more? I call them and send them regular emails, but there is either no response or they will say "we will contact you when we have something." What else can I do? Help please :(
