Tenant rights las vegas?
I am a tenant and I want to move out of my apartments because I fear for my children and my safety. I have lived there for almost a year and within that year there was a bomb in our apartments my family and I had to evacuate for hours, vandalism to my car twice. Someone blew up a suburban right in front of my apartment and my kids and I had to evacuate once again at 2:30 am and I had to go to work at 7:00 am. My neighbors are always fighting to the point where you don't know if someone is REALLY going to get hurt! I am just wondering what are my options any help would be appreciated. I have never had to deal with such a thing before. I will not be renewing my lease. I really want to leave the apartments but not sure if I am able to.
