    I gave my notebook a factory restore and now it says enter current password /
    All my notebook says is enter current password / what can I do ?

    To clarify, Curlyben is suggesting that you try entering a blank password. So try leaving it blank and see if that works.

    Why am I not have access on my progams. Because the PC says changing media. When I try to open any file it keep givingn me the same story

    Please start a thread of your own and give us more details. If it is a laptop, post the make and model along with which version of your operating system you are using. Also post the exact error message you are receiving and what you are doing when you get the error message.
