    Taxes on NRO account
    Hi,

    I had an NRE account on which I receive 1099 for the interest earned and I pay tax in US.

    I am planning to convert my NRE account to NRO. Now I think my interest on income is going to be less than 20,000 Rs. So how will the tax get deducted. I read that they will dedcut TDS but then I have to fill in some form to get that amount back as I will be under the limit of taxation.

    Can anybody help me understanding this?
