No water to 1 faucet in my house
My shower faucet in my master bath is not working. The sink and the tub are both working though in the same bathroom. Any Thoughts on why it is not working?

It sounds like you have some crud that's been sucked up into the inlet port of the cartridge. Shut the water off to the shower valve and open it up. Check and clean the inlet ports in the cartridge. Before you button up the valve turn the water on for a minute to flush any crud out of the supply. Good luck, Tom

Remove the aerator at the end of the faucet spout and clean it... probably clogged up with sediment from the pipes that got disturbed when you turned the water back on to the water heater!

Hi. I need to replace an upstairs sink hot water valve to a sink. I found and turned off the water to the house on the outside of the house. Water line replacement = entire house low water pressure [ 3 Answers ]

I recently had a water line break in my front yard. The city replaced the line but ever since (immediately following the water being turned back on) the water pressure has been significantly lower throughout the house in both the hot and cold. I checked and the valve is completely open so I am...

No water from the upstairs hot water faucet [ 1 Answers ]

What happened: I turned up the heat on the water heater in our rental house (from "Warm" to the spot between "Warm" and "Hot"). The faucet in the tub spout out some slippery water and some crumbly black bits, but it had a nice heavy flow of hot water. The slime-feel and bits went away. All...

Water won't come back on for faucet [ 6 Answers ]

I've had a minor leak for the Kohler Alterna faucet I have and decided to determine if it's coming from the cold water or hot water this morning. The faucet has two knobs and below the faucet are two shutoff valves (assumed) corresponding to each knob. The right side is the cold water and the...

Low hot water pressure from kichen faucet only- 1 handle faucet [ 7 Answers ]

Hi. My question is similar to one asked a few posts ago except this is a 1 handle faucet. I plan on maintaining the boiler from now on but I have to fix the flow problem first. I disconnected the hot water supply line to the faucet and the pressure is excellent so I assume the problem is in the...
