Hi. I'm 17 and I recently just started having sex. The first few minutes of it was amazing and I couldn't get a softie even if I tried to think about dead people. But after a few minutes it just went. I was like :O so emabarssed. I'm thinking I have erectile disfunction or something? It scares me. And usually foreplay is the only way to get it back up, and seriously, that hardly ever works. I smoke daily, but maybe 2-3 a day. Does that effect? If so. Ill quit tomorrow. Diet? Someone said being nervous? No not at all. We had the place to ourselves because my parents were in New York. No nervs at all. But seriously, my mate said he has a rock on hardon all the way through, even lasting an hour and a half, and as soon as something happens in bed, mine just goes down. Someone please, please help. The fact that you're willing to give up smoking just like that is surprising, and if you're serious you should do whether it's related or not.

Well I'm a girl but I'll tell you what I know. Smoking can have something to do with it and anyway its bad and all that so I suggest you do stop. And for the erection problem I suggest you tell your Doctor next check up or even sooner. Make an apointment. Your hormones are obviously screwed up right now, or you are right and it is a disfunction. Probably serious. But some people do just have problems when it comes to erections, even during sexual intercourse. I'm not a doctor or anything but I suggest you go to one and look up more about it online. Maybe it was a one time thing but I doubt it. This is all I know, sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I think you worry too much. There are many things that can cause this and if you keep worrying that it will happen, it's very likely that it will happen. Try to relax and not think about it so much.
