    Skin disoloration
I have just spent some time in the pacific and I did not avoid the sun and not on all the occasions did I wear a sunblock I have to admit to the sin. I have recently notice some terrible discoloration. I am really tanned everyone except for the area around the eyes. There is a brown strip running along my eyebrows and a bit down as it runs outwards the sides are brown and the cheeks are brown but all around the eyes are bright patches. I thought initially that it is due to using higher factor sunscreen around the eyes or due to wearing sunglasses. I have tried recently to tan deliberately the skin around the eyes to even the skin tone but no success. The skin on my cheeks, forehead, above my brows and on the sides of the eyes got darker even though I used deliberately sunscreen only on those areas and the lighter patches remind and even got accentuated. There is a uneven line underneath my eyes it looks like something was spilled underneath them.

I believe there two possibilities. I either tried some cream and put it everywhere around avoiding the eye area as it wasn't the eye cream and this cream caused this dark tan or else something causes the skin around my eyes not to get tanned.

I had undergo an upper eyelid surgery for which I think laser was used as I felt the heat. It was done in Slovakia and the doctor did not tell me that I have to be careful with the sun after the stiches would be taken off. I had no sun for about 2 - 3 weeks after the surgery but then, and the doctor Knew it, I went to tahiti for my wedding where I did tan.
Could this be the reason for discoloration?

Please help, what can I do to even the tone, do I need to just get white or get laser on other parts of my face? Can I get the skin around my eyes to tan just like the rest?

I hope to hear from you soon and I will be grateful for your advise
