Shadow song from a children's movie: I have searched and nothing! Please help!

I am trying to find a song from a children's movie. I know the words but that is all. It should be an 80's or 90's film. Here are the words: I'm your shadow follow me, do as I do 123. Clap your hands, lift them high, spin them around back to the sky. Bounce your head from side to side, grab your ears and pull them wide. There is more but I cannot remember. In the movie the person who sings the song is a shadow of a women.
