OB/GYN Question About PCOS

I would just like to see if you could give me some information on when to contact a doctor. I have PCOS and my periods have been normal, usually lasting about 4-5 days. But this month it has lasted longer. Right now I still have some bleeding but not enough to wear a pad or tampon. I have lost weight and had some stress in the past couple of weeks in my life. Could all of this be causing me to still bleed and if so what can I do.
