I would appreciated any thoughts or input on my situation. I do not have health insurance and it will take time to be able to get in to see the local health department. First let me start by giving a little background. I am 27 years old in reasonable good health but I do smoke. I have had two pregnancies with some minor complications but both babies were healthy at birth. I have taken the birth control pill Ortho Tricyc. Lo since August of 2010. I have always taken them consecutively every night at 9 pm (with the exception of last month but I will get into that in a minute) and I do not use any back up because methods except my boyfriend has never ejaculated inside of me. Since getting on because pills, my periods have always lasted at least 6 days and the first and second day are always horrible (cramps, heavy bleeding, etc)and it always starts on the Wednesday or Thursday after I take the last active pill on Sunday. My last normal period was the end of August of this year. During the month of September, I had to pull an insane amount of overtime at work and around the middle of the month, I was so exhausted that I took my pill about 6 hours later than normal but I did still take it.
I was due to begin my period on September 28th or 29th but it did not arrive, I did not even cramp or feel the slightest twinge that it was going to start. Yesterday, Saturday October 2nd, I began spotting a pinky brown discharge. It has only been a "smear" or "drop" here and there and definitely nothing like my normal period. I have continued to lightly spot all day today (on Sunday) but no "real" period. Here are some of my symptoms : frequent urination, massive indigestion, heartburn and nausea, breast tenderness, and mood swings that are not like the normal me. On Friday September 30th, I had sharp stabbing pains in my lower right abdomen that was not like period cramping. It was more like a hot knife was stabbing me over and over again. It lasted for about ten minutes and then came and went throughout the day. The pain has not returned since then,but my entire lower abdomen feels achy and bloated, not like cramping, but more like I have done to many situps (which I haven't) and muscles are sore.
As I stated before, I have been pregnant twice and while my symptoms definitely scream "preggo" to me, something just doesn't feel right. I have taken three different pregnancy tests and all have came back negative. What concerns me is that my body is showing me the signs that I am pregnant but the tests are saying I'm not and I've heard that ectopic pregnancies don't always show up on home pregnancy tests because you don't produce the hcg hormone like you should. Add that to the sharp pains I felt on Friday, the "achy" feeling that I have, and the fact that I am spotting has me pretty worried. Does anyone have any advice? Opinions? Anything? I would appreciate any help!

Ectopic pregnancy is a very serious condition that requires prompt medical attention. You may or may not have one. I hope you see a doctor promptly to maintain good health despite not having insurance. This sounds super unpleasant. A medical bill is a small price to pay considering possible alternatives...
