    Asylum denied
Am currently F-1 student and my I-20 not expired yet. However, I got asylum denial from USCIS after I applied for. They did not refer me to immigration judge. If I'm not mistaken I should present my case before immigration judge within 30 days of the denial notice. But the letter does not say anything about immigration judge referral and only said that I need to notify local USCIS if I should leave the country.

On the other hand, I'm going to apply for OPT. Would my case affect getting the OPT negatively? If I the OPT and I can not get job after my studies within 3 months, I will have to leave the US. By then, would it be too late to present my case before immigration court? Right now, I do not even know exactly whether I need to go to immigration judge or where and which immigration judge.

One last thing, I am planning to ask my OPT starting date to be by the last days of the 60 days grace period in order to have more time to search for job. Is it good idea?

Appreciate for your time and advises.
