    Child neglect
    My brother's girlfriend left her son here and they don't take care of then there house is unliveable they have no food in there house and I Would like to take him and have him in a stable house. He was not even in school for two weeks until he moved in with me...

    So has children's services been called ?

    Was the child feed, was the child cared for ? So they are poor house keepers, many are,

    You have not provided enough info, and have not asked a question. If you want to get guardianship or custody is the bio mother and father willing to sign it over ?

    Bless you for wanting to care for this child. But to help you we really need more info. Like ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    You would have to get guardianship of the child. To do so will depend whether the parents will agree to it.
