    My son moved out at the age of 18. Do I have any legal obiligations?
    My son moved out at the age of 18. What if any legal obligations do I have if any? Do I need to continue supporting him in any way? By the way I live the state of Minnesota.

    Do you mean pay child support to the custody parent ?

    Or do you mean pay his bills, like cell phone, car payment, insurance and so on.

    Please give more details to allow us to better answer please.

    You are correct, I am talking about any cell phones or insurance both medical or car.
