    I been divorce going to be two years I find out she lied to get the divorce because
    After my divorce I leave everything my house she got the money we had the bank together . Can I sue her because she broke my marriage and cheating on me before divorce .why she got everything I got to go live an other man in my house .

    No, you can not sue her if you either allowed her to have it all in the divorce and/or if you fought it in court at the divorce and lost.

    The time to fight for property is at the divorce. Once it is ruled on, you have limited time to appeal. Years latter is not when you ask for a new deal.

    You need to move on with your life. So did you keep working, get more money in the bank, buy a new house and so on ?

    Did you have an attorney that represented you during the divorce?

    Did she have an attorney?

    Where you live when you get a divorce can affect the results. Where did this take place?

    With these answered a conclusion might be feasible .

    Your marital problems and concerns end with the divorce. The marriage and relationship are over as are all of the issues involved, financially/emotionally/everything else.

    It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a second chance at marital assets.

    You can't sue her (or him) for "cheating" in MOST States. Once you are divorced she can move anyone she chooses into her property - and that includes your former marital home.
