    How can someone on probation in SC get transferred to FL?
    ALSO how can they get a 30day pass to go to FL for a visit? What is the criteria and steps for both?

    You need to make a visit with your PO to get the 30 day pass to be able to leave the state to go to Floria for a visit. You need to explain to your PO exactly why you want to go to Florida for a visit and give him the addresses, phone numbers and names of the people you will be staying with while you are there. And at the same time you need to inquire about how to get your probation transferred to Florida. Both states need to agree to the transfer.

    You have to talk this over with your PO to see if you can even qualify for a 30 day travel pass.
