Well excon it is either a Form T 8 under the securities act of 1933
Or it is a apension distribution order or Q.D.R.O. (pronounced "quadro")
Or it is a company that makes ghost detection devices.
** did a search for the word.
A person is always allowed to represent thierself in court, and if you know how to file your motion you can file your own motions, but if you have an attorney they should be doing it for you

Hello Padre:
Interesting... This question involves "his and my" attorney's, so it can't be a security and exchange filing. You don't need a "his and my" attorney to make a pension distribution... And, I don't think a company by the name of Quadro has anything to do with this lawsuit...
Soooooo, I still don't know what a quadro is. Of course, I am simply a lowly convicted felon, and shouldn't be expected to know such a new fangled word.
However, if ms fox2me wishes a reply, she should elucidate us.

It is a pension distribution during a divorce proceedings,
I was not complete in that, so that is most likely it, but the filing for the security and exchange has to do with a court hearing also If I read it correctly.
And you sell me a house with a ghost in it and I may sue you to.

A QODRO is a qualified domestic relations order that normally freezes you money (401k, retirement, etc)so that it can not be touched until it is split between two parties, usually due to a divorce proceeding.
