    Second felony violation of probation?
    This is my second vop. My current charges are felony battery and felony stalking my second vop. Was for dui. And dwls. I was in another county I live in Florida I had travel permit the judge in the county I was in gave me six months jail time for the dui. And dwls. The judge in my county gave me a bond and on my first court date it was continued but the state is asking for three years prison I have 35 points on my score sheet I have been pre screened for inhouse treatment center I am on drug offender probation I live in taylor county,fl.

    Florida is tough on drunk drivers and have been for years now. I would suggest you reread your original sentencing paperwork to see what sort of actual jail time the judge had ordered for you the first time you were convicted and put on probation. He will be looking at this paperwork when you are sent to jail this time. What does your attorney say?
