Obscure Early Nineties short lived TV series
It was a tropical PI drama, but not too serious and I believed set in Hawaii. The PI had a pony tail and his assistant was very redheaded woman. Circa '91 or '92 maybe.
For some reason it is driving me nuts not being able to remember this show. I didn't even watch it. |

There was movie in which a cop gets superpowers, can run faster than a car etc.. gets his powers after a rocket explodes nearby.. its an early nineties or late eighties movie probably.. please tell me its name
