    The best time for you to take a pregnancy test is after you miss your next period. Make sure you take it using first morning urine for maximum accuracy.

    You can do a test on the first day of a missed period or 21 days after you last had unprotected intercourse. If you feel you may still be pregnant after a negative result, wait 7 days and do another test. If you still think you could be pregnant after a second negative result then see you Doctor.
