What can I do, so that I am not so emotional and cry at problems and stresses?
So many things bother me way too much. How can I deal with these and get myself more calm. I have type 2 diabetes and it is affecting my sugar levels

Yes, you are stressing your system; so you have to seek professional advice from your doctor. He has to advise you on a way to cope with your day to day activities while being a type 2 diabetic. It isn't easy.

You don't say how old you are, tilly, sorry if this is not enough information, but we are not allowed to diagnose here, not knowing your whole medical history.
