    Iwas adopted when I was 18months old I have found my mother and my biological father he is in his 70,s and is denying my birth.. can a court order him or his children aged 49 and 51 yrs to do a dna test.. I need it to know the truth of what I have been told.. and also for medical reasons.. can a court order this to be done or can I take a pricate thing out on him or his children.
    I am 58yrs. And I also have a blood brother by the same man.. he accepts there is a 1 in 3 chance that my brother is his but not me.. I know for sure that my brother and I have the same father..
