Trying to conceive cervical mucus

I am trying to conceive. I had watery mucus on Monday, sex on Tuesday. I didn't test for ovulation until Wednesday which was negative. Does this mean I missed my fertile window?

OK I have had a break through with my cervical mucus monitering. I noticed a proper change through my cycle, I have the string , stretchy mucus so I must be ovulating. What are the chances of falling pregnant now that I noticed the change and have had sex through my fertile stage? Thanks
