    Suspended from work
    Hi there.
I av been suspended from work pending further enquireis as I av been accused of theft from the company I work with. They showed me a pile of receipts and said that I have been signing the reciepts and making faulse addresses as the transaction numbers are false and that they don't exist. I have said that I have scanned the reciepts when refunding and they don't believe me and so have suspended me from work.
Help me as I would never do anything like this. I have a disiplinary on Tuesday morning.
We all have pin numbers and as we are very busy over xmas pin numbers were given out unknown to the manager of then store and I have said this and they still are accusing me. I have yet to see the police but have been warned they will be intocuh. The evidence I have are the reciepts I have supposidly signed them and used false details as the names of the address do not match the electrol roll where they are registered.

So take all of your evidence to show that you did not do this.

It appears someone has, and has been using your name, have them compare signitures.

It appears they are not pressing criminal charges so for that it is good.

If the transactions have happened over several days, check each date and time. Hopefully there will be several on days that you were either not working, hours you were not on duty or during your meal break. Lots of luck.

    Hello lianne:

Not only are you dealing with your present job, you're dealing with your reputation (which WILL effect your future employability) AND, I might add, your freedom. These are extremely important issues!

If it was me, I would bring an attorney along with me to the disciplinary hearing on Tuesday.
