    Noma 5+1+1 thermostat - jumper?
I just purchased a Noma 5+1+1 heating/cooling programmable thermostat to replace the one that came with my new home. I have a furnace and an A/C unit. The wiring on the old one is as follows:

    Green wire > G
    Orange wire > Y
    White wire > W
Red wire > RC jumped to RH

The new thermostat has only G Y W R. what would I do about jumping the RC and RH or do I not have to worry about it and just use the heat/cool switch on the front of the unit?

Thanks in advance for your time and answers!

Just connect red wire to R no jumper needed.
