I saw different pieces of a movie when I was younger of this movie with a white hairy monster( I called it the boogie man) but in one scene there was a boy and a girl in a car eating ice cream, the next moment the boys gone and the girl looks over and the monster is sitting in the car with her smiled at her and licked the ice cream, the camera pans out as the car starts shaking as if she was getting eaten or something. Another scene is the dad goes into the shower and you hear random animal noises, see a octopus tentacle fly around and he turns into the white hairy monster. Anyone have any idea what movie this is? It was mid to late 90's when I saw this.
