    EM red light comes on when AC is on
    When we put the ac on the red light EM comes on - we have a heat pump.
    The fan is not moving outside, but we can still feel cool air coming through the vents.

    You need to be sure the outside fan runs with the compressor, It needs to get rid of the Heat.
