    Tiny skin bumps
Hi. I have tiny bumps on my left upper thigh but my genital region. A few are red but most are normal skin color. There are about 30 tiny bumps and only on my left side. They don't itch just annoying as they are visible and are mistaken for stds which people freak out. I'm 27yo male by the way. I don't think they're stds but they have been here for over a month. Any ideas and a solution to get rid of them Thank you very much
