    How to file a motion for wrong full arrest
    I was arrested for chastising my child and police came but didn't asked no one any question only the 10 year old child. Not one adult. What can I do?

    Where you taken in to custody and booked at the Police station? Is there now a child protective agency like DCFS involved in this case?
