Recinding a Nevada Gaming Company Trespass
I was given a formal trespass warning at a caisson owned by company "A" while it was in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Subsequently company "A" was disbanded and company "B" emerged as the new owner. Company "B" has people associated with it who were associated with it when it was company "A" although the new majority owners are different people or businesses. Is the trespass warning still valid with the new company "B" or was the warning voided when the new company was formed and took over the operation of the casino I was warned to stay out of?

It's at the discretion of the casino. You aren't dealing with a government but a private company; their rules are their own.

    Hello doctor:

You have a fundamental misunderstanding of the law... Whether a company makes a complaint to the police has NOTHING to do with whether they ever did before, or whether it was written or whether it was verbal... Therefore, the operators of the casino, whether they're NEW operators or old, may make a police complaint against you, and have it stick.

And their tresspass lists go to all the other casinos they own.

Also you failed to say how company B took over, if company A did not actual close, but was bought out by B, then Company A still exists they were just bought out, so the tresspass notice would still be a valid one.

If A went completely out of business, closed and B reopened in the same building, while the notice does not officially exist, the police can be told, and the prior warning used as a notice of pior actions.
