    Emergency hearings for injured
    Can I request an emergency hearing as a person injured as a independent trucker. I was receiving back wages and after the IME report they immediately stopped and I can't work because of this injury.

    I am not sure who you want to sue or who you want to do an hearing for. Are you trying to get government disability ?
    Are you trying to sue a company ?

    If you were an independent trucker, did you have a wreck with your truck ?
