I do, though need to ask you a few questions first if that is okay with you.
How old are you? This is posted in Child and Teen Health, so I assume you are a teenager, correct?
When are you taking your pregnancy tests?
Pregnancy tests are most accurate when taken with first morning urine.
If you are a teen, it is not uncommon for your periods to change even if you were once regular.
I do want you to know, however, that it would be way too early for you to have a "belly" if you are, indeed, pregnant.
Besides age, your periods can be affected by several things. Stress, weight gain/loss, exercise routines, etc. can cause your period to change.
