    I have H1B and employer sponsored GC can I quit?
    I am getting married to a US citizen. I want to give up and leave the employer who sponsored my H1B1 and green card

    What are your obligations to this employer who sponsored you ? If you are marrying a US citizen then you don't need your green card any longer.

    If I were you, I will choose employment base green card. Getting married to US citizen does not guarantee security, your marriage may or may not last longer than 2 years, many could not make it.
