    Trying to find the name of a movie...
    There was shooting under a bridge on 3rd street and this guy said 7 bullets were shot I forgot. And there was a place with cages in a one light dark room with a girl counting money. I believe a kid got kidnapped.

    That's All I remember. Anyone have any ideas?
