    It depends on the contract with the company that delivers the propane. It is often owned by them, regardless of real estate changing hands. So look at the contract or call the company's name on the tank.

    That should have been clarified in the sales contract. But you will need to contact the propane company and see what the contract was. While normally the propane company owns them, some are private owned
