    Problem printing messages in Outlook Express
    My e-mails are printing only the to/from headers and not the body of the e-mail. Have I accidentally changed something to cause this?

    This is a common problem reported by IE/Outlook users. Microsoft Support provides this solution to problems printing email in Outlook 5.5:

    To work around this behavior, disable the Auto-Select option for encoding. To do so, on the View menu, point to Encoding, and then click to clear Auto-Select.
