    Hand written circuit breaker ID
    On my sub panel the circuit breakers are indentified by marking pen as to function.
    One has F.A.U. For id what does this stand for ?

    Turn the breaker off and see what does not work. That will be what F.A.U stands for.

    Probably "Forced air unit", or hot air furnace.
