    What can I take to help me with estrogen, due to my mirena & excesive weight gain
    I have a mirena, and in the past 3 years I have gained 40-50lbs (142-190). I have tried radical diets such as 1000 calorie diets including core training. I am at the end of my rope! I am positive this is the reason for my weight gain. It also makes it difficult to lose weight. I also noticed that I am irritable all the time and my mood changes... Forget it! I was never like this before. I thought maybe my body was producing too much estrogen, so I opted for a diet pill that maybe helped out with my estrogen dominance. Is there anything that I can take that will help me? I really do not want to have my iud removed, he's doing his job! But I am so overweight and moody. Please help, I am a 21 woman with no health insurance, what can I do? In advance thank you for your time and consideration... oo

    You really need to see the doctor and have your thyroid checked.
