    Embezzlement
    Well accused of stealing just under five thousand dollars as a deposit from my employer in TN. What chind of first offense charges am I looking at?

    Not charged yet but looks bad and will prob be charged with theft from my employer of just under 5000 dollars as a deposit went missing. First offense charges what am I looking at in TN

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    No way to tell. Depends on how hard the employer pushes, the circumstances of the theft and more. I suggest consulting an attorney.
