Missed summoned court date for dcfs?
I have got summoned to go to court for a DCFS case, that I am involved with, how ever I never pressed charges on the other person, I accused him/her of a certain situation, its been 8 months and now they are asking me to re tell my story, I don't want any part of it, or want to re open my story. What should I do? I don't want to go

This probably involved children, right ? Then you have to go, or they will hold you in contempt of court.

You can't point a finger and then back off. You still accused, now own up to it.

Go and tell your story and own up to starting this.
