    My ac unit reads high side 230 low 28 temp outside 91 why don't it cool
    Ac unity reads 230 high side 28 low side outside temp of 91 why don't it cool

    Suction side reading is way to low, should be well above 55. Could be low on refrigerant, or plugged filter drier, piston(orifice) or faulty txv valve. Many options here. Near impossible to trouble shoot on-line. Probably time to call in a trained a/c tech.
