I have been on the depo shot since Oct 2009, my last shot was due on July 18 2011. My husband and I have decided to stop taking it and try to have another child we already have 2. I have not had a period since July of last year, where it was very heavy and since then I have had nothing. I have sore breast, discharge, pee all the time, and feel sick and tired all the time. Is it possible to get pregnant still with out having my period, I have taking 2 test the first of the month about negative I plan on taking another first of September if I don't start by then.

Hi my name is crystal and I will tell you exaclly what to do. Never take the depo again. Yes you can still get pregnant. I was on the depo for 2 in a half years. When I got off I was on my period for seven months straight. I as well was trying to have a baby. It took me 5 years. But if you get on it again than you won't be able to have the baby you want. Just give it time. I'm begging you and I beg all my friends to get offf it. And I no for a fact that when you don't have your period for years it gets harder to get pregnant. You were on it for as long as I was so you will get pregnant just be patint
