Can someone with hairstylist experience give me some advice?
When you do a highlight retouch on long hair do you tuck the ends in the foil without putting the hair bleaching on them? Or do you just keep the ends out of the foil? Does anyone know of a good video or article on the a bleach retouch for medium to long hair? I just want to know if I'm doing this right or the best work smart way. I would really like some advice on this. Thank you so much.
