Movie title help 80's or 90's movie
This is vague description but all I can remember is the ending. There is a boy and girl, maybe teenagers, who are friends or in love and one of them dies and at the end there is a statue of an angel and the angel is crying. I think I remember something about a necklace or a locket and I want to say one of them had a heart transplant or something? Any help is really appreciated. Thanks!
