    How soom can I get a divorce
    I have been separated from my husband for 6 months. I have a protection order agent him for the next 2 years. He is currently no where to be found!
    Do I need to have separation paper work? How fast can I get a divorce if they are able to serve him or do I have to wait 1 year of being separated?

    You need to check with your local family court. These things vary from place to place.
