    Muslims: Did it take the Quran to educate people about Jesus
    L am speaking of the time in which Mohammad peace be upon him existed?In other words- was Jesus unknown to the people in Arabia and needed the Quran to tell them who or what he was given that he lived hundreds of years prior to the formation of the Quran?

    There were many and various sects of Christians living in that area. In fact one of Mohammad's wives was a Christian
