    Should I get surgery?
    My labia minora is a lot larger than my labia majora, and although this doesn't affect myself consciousness or anything, it has been getting incredibly sore whilst horse riding, and as I have started riding 4 times a week (minimum) it is becoming a problem as it's painful, it has nicks and cuts and generally irratated, so I was wondering if I should do anything about it as I will be carrying on horse riding for the foreseeable future.

    How on earth can you get nicks and cuts? Wear a thick sanitary pad or a Depends for extra padding.
