My 9 month old puppy has distemper. She was hospitalized and brought home with a 104 fever. Her fever would go down and then shot right back up to 108 and then down. She is a pure bread german shephard, bought from Alsip Nersury. It starting to break down her nervous system in her whole body. She twitches every few seconds and breaths heavily. Her eyes are not producing water and her mouth has mucus and blood on it now. She was eating the other day and drinking but now she will not eat she hasn't eaten in the last 2 days. She won't walk on her one back leg. And she breaths very havily.

Distemper or not, a fever that high needs Vet care immediately.
The twitching could be that she has progressed to the neurological stage of the disease, it could also be a result of the fever itself. I would get her to the Vet ASAP.

I can only suggest taking her back to the vet. If she is not drinking, she will need IV fluids. Is your dog on any antibiotics now?
