I really don't think that at the age of 14 she really knows for sure what she wants and I really doubt being that young, that she is capable of understanding "love" like that.

Her parents or any concerned adult can have you arrested for things other than sex. Contributing to the delinquency of a minor, risk of injury to a minor, etc. What if you went somewhere where someone got hurt, or went to a party and drugs were present and the police were called, or she came home and said that you said a certain behavior was OK - parents can blow anything they want out of proportion and the burden is on you pretty much.

Odinn makes a very good point. At 14 she can hardly be sure of her sexuality so you can't rebe sure she knows what she is. So you really need to back off here.
