    Yes, if he does not know the number, he looks it up, on the piles of paper work he was given. He walks or drives down to their office.

    Or he comes and gives us more information that we asked for.

    Yes we often had that happen when I was working in the system, people that would normally never have gotten locked up, but they just do nothing and get locked up
